    21" is not available.
    go for 22".

if budget is not an issue go for samsung t220 around 13.5K or Benq 22" full hd around 14K
otherwise go for ordinary 22" in samsung around 10.8K.

you may get other brand in low price, but i dont suggest you.

check the lcd prices in deltapage.com

I thought you can get 21 inch lcd's!

Yes I have heard Samsung LCD's are very good!

There are a few people on the forum who have recently brought an LCD, maybe it would also be worth asking them too!
Will post the links to the threads they opened, once i find them, or if anyone else remembers where those threads are, please post them here!

Samsung and Dell are the current leaders in that catogory ...

i would rank them like this ...
    1)Dell [current leader]
    2)Samsung [Most bought ]
    3)ViewSonic [ex-leader]

In the 19 inch sector there was another unknown brand with a model that was the best in that category , dont remember the name now

Get one of these, depending upon budget!

    22" - Benq2200HD price around 13k
    19" - Dell SE198WFP price around 8k

You should also look at the contrast ratio and response times of the LCD monitors before making a decision. Also try to demo the LCDs in the showrooms if you can and see what YOU like better.

Also better to stay away from unknown brands as there is a higher probability to run into dead pixel issues.

If money is not a constraint then i will highly recommend you the
    Dell 22" LCD monitor
    Model: Dell SP 2208 WFP

Its packed with some great specs and all of the above it sports a good 2.0 MP webcam and also a HDMI port too which is too good to be true!!
It retails around rs 15,000/- or less
    Go for it

My recommendation Obviously took into account both .

Checking the specifications is important ...LCD monitors are not Tvs that u can just plug in and demo ......

By unknown brand i did not mean a local brand [its a new enterent and i did nt remmeber the name ] ..... And that particular monitor was tested by PC Gamer ,T3 and Digit Tech magazines and was rated "Best buy"
.Dead pixel issues only effect Local/cheap brands
