i got want apply a graphic card o my
P3 3.0 ghz
512 ram
The problem is i have a display adaptor of sis620
i want to know is that a graphic card or just on board graphic of 8mb?

The second problem is that if i want to upgrade a new graphic card then which one to buy and how much it will cost?

3Ghz on p3 !!!? It shoulde be p4. Anyway i think u are mistaken.
For what type of use u need it? playing videos or gaming or 3d solutions..?

One thing to ask. What type of slot u have AGP or PCI express ?

There are cards from 1200+ entry level of nvidia it may be 256 mb dedicated.
Also u can go for higher ones prices will be also high.For basic use u can look for nvidia 7200 GS (PCIe) i dont know the excact price.you can play games like fifa 2008 and almost all before it.(provided 512 mb ram and p4).U can use maya and other 3d softwares as well.

Buddy.......First of all simply upgrade your pc component

do u have an AGP or PCIE slot???

AGP no doubt about that

aaaa AGP are old, hard to find and costly. I would suggest u upgrade ur full system, or atleast the mobo.
