It lets u play games in 3d. Now newer features include support for movies .

U need a monitor (min 120Hz) and the NV 3D glasses. Its good if u got the $$$.

Its an Package which can give you great graphic experince, pack includes 4 main things
    1. 3D Vision glasses
    2. 3D vision monitor (some samsung and Mitsubishi HDTV's)
    3. Nvidia GeForce graphics card
    4. PC (Microsoft Vista or Windows 7)

In total its bit expensive package, if you are a big time gamer then only it can help you otherwise i can not see any good usage of this Nvidia 3D Vision

It will cost you around INR. 35000 for Nvidia vision package with samsung monitor.
