Is the Computer recognizing other pen drives?

It could be as simple as your pen drive doesn't like to work with w7?

why don't you try to look for solution and/or drivers from the manufacturer's website?

Couldn't find anything in manufacturer's website, Also i tried to connect my ipod but i face same problem..

did you download is from Ms or torrents?

Yes using release candidate version, Downloaded from Microsoft site only, Even dilip is facing same issue.
