in this much budget gaming cards are not to be obtained.

but of u want u can get a 9500GT.....performs good.but not that good if u r a hardcore gamer.wait for the dx11 ati GFX.they will be soon priced down.but not this much down.so best opition is to increase budget to RS 7K or more.

but if u really want in hurry and need a good one then increase ur budget a little and get ati radeon hd 4670.great performance and a good gaming GFX.
to buy ati radeon hd 4670 go:-
    eBay India: MSI ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB DDR3 PCI-E Video PC card 1 G (item 260526793438 end time 28-Dec-2009 21:06:45 IST)

First, you need to find out what is the rating of your SMPS. Please up load a picture of the power supply that shows the rating of all the rails, only then can we suggest a graphics card for you.

No i dont know how to open the cabinet. Any other way to find out. Is it important to know? How much it should be for this new56xx series, 450Watts or even greater.

opening the cabinet is really easy.

if it is a lock one then (like cell phone) press the button and push it backwards.

if it is a screw one then open the screws opposite to the direction of fan and open the cabinet.

even i had fear but one day i tried it and it was really easy.

It would be really nice if you can tell the amps on the 12V. Otherwise also, we can try, but to be sure try to find out the amps on the +12V (see the table on the PSU and tell the amps).

A 4670 should work fine. But a 56xx series card will be a far better option.

In india. some of these used to come with the PSU. But now they don't.

So your answer: The cabinet that you have provided the link for DOES NOT come with a PSU.
