Thread: What is Blu-Ray DVD????

i saw something written Blu-Ray DVD or Blu-Ray DVD player.
Whats that????

Blu-Ray is the next generation storage media. It can store upto 30 GB of data on a single layer/single side disc. It is mainly used for full high definition video with uncompressed 7 channel audio.

Blue ray disc uses blue laser than red one. It helps you scan the tracks more finely that you can store more data. You need a separate player to play blue ray discs.

Its very high quality. The resolution is 1920x1080 . Also, Bluray discs can carry up to 60GB i think.... J4K already has a bluray player. He even started a thread and had posted a quite a few screenshots too.
