Thread: Cheap Racing Simulator Setup that you can afford..

Hi Guys...
Those who love driving games and Racing games and Driving simulator games, this thread will be very useful to you all...
There is are many costly Racing simulator setup for Rs15000 and upto Rs25000 and above.. Is it possible for you all to spend that much money on Getting a Racing wheel Like Logitech G25 and G27 ...
In that price we can buy a Radeon hd 5850 or Geforce Gtx 470 and we can stay away from the Racing games...

Follow my way and i will save you lots and lots of thousand...
Just a Price of Rs3500 is needed for my Racing simulator setup...
All you need is a Logitech Formula Vibration Feedback wheel Rs 2450 and a Logitech wingman Attack 3 Joystick Rs:950 and the rest 100rp is for petrol of Auto charge...

Logitech Formula Vibration FeedBack wheel:


This wheel comes in a diameter of 10inch and it has 3 powerful suction cup at the bottom for strong hold and an expandable hidden wing on the bottom for placing the wheel on your lap..
The has a Navigation pad up down left right and 11 other programmable button and the navigation button is also programmable...
on the back side of the wheel there is a shifting button for changing the gear like the formula one car and some Audi and some BMW cars use to have..
It has in built 2 powerful vibrating motor to make you feel the realistic bumps and crash takes place in the game and small button in fornt of the wheel to turn on and off the vibration...
They have provided brake and accelerator pedal which is plugged in back of the wheel and the pedal is made of good plastic, with some grip like texture and the main part of the pedal is that it wont have suction cup like the wheel has, they have placed some smooth plastic like rubber thing to keep the pedal from moving away during heavy racing times...



The logitech gaming Profiler comes in handy when it comes to setup, user can adjust their vibration feedback sensitive and their pedal sensitive and the dead zone of it..

I own these set of wheels and they are detected in every games and its just plug and play and works flawless in my system...

Now come the work for the Joystick...



All of you all may be wondering that why i mentioned to buy a cheap Joystick...

Driving simulator games like Test Drive unlimited and some other driving simulator have free rome and user can drive their car as they are driving in a real world buy keep the cockpit cam...

User can use the joystick in all games as a gear shifter without any program or any third party tweaks...
Plug the Joystick and setup your wheel and place the Joystick in a small box with is 3 feet high and easy to reach like real car use to have...

Assign the key GEAR up by moving the Joystick forward and for Gear down assign the key by moving it backward... wolla...
You got a Racing wheel and a Shifter in just Rs3500..

And you can even use the rest of the keys in the Joystick for Horn, Flash light etc etc...

I use logitech wingman Attack 2 joystick for my Shifter and i got it in seconds for Rs150.. and it works as good as new one use to and i even play HAWX with it....



This model is not available in the market by now, so i prefer you all to buy the Attack 3 joystick...
