Thread: Give some Life for the DVD reader..

How much life long does your DVD reader lives and sick of watching interrupted movies like stuck in dvd reader even though the disk is new...
Here is my way to fix all your problem regarding DVD drive...

We all own our very own DVD drive, for everything we use our DVD drive only, installing the operating system, installing driver using the driver disk, playing movies and installing games with it and hearing to songs and lots more...

Just Follow my step and your DVD drive will last long for 2yrs as it was good as new...

Watching move: While watching movie every sec the DVD lens touches the disk and just calculate and see how much time for an 3 hour movie and how much time for an 1:30 min movies.. Just think a sec, the best is to make an image of your disk, use Ultra ISO software to make an image of your disk and mount and play it and watch an un-interrupted movie, if your movie does not have index and title and it was downloaded from the web, just copy and paste the video in your desktop and play it..
Maximum it will take 15min to copy a whole dvd or make an image of it and you can watch your favorite movies just using your drive for 15min without taking our DVD drive life ...

Extracting Games:
When we buy game DVD from bazzar the pirated one, we will be facing to extract the file to get an ISO image and thus we use to extract straight from the DVD itself...
Extracting takes a lot of time than copying the files, copy the files to our hard disk 1st and then extract the files, it may save some time and our DVD drive life...
Copying of files from one drive to another drive takes place faster than DVD drive to HDD

Burning the Disk:
When you are writing large files like an operating system or any big software, use an minimum speed of 8x to 12x that makes your writing your slowly and any of your files wont be missed even a byte...

Thats it Guys, just follow it once and see the miracle happens to your DVD drive...
