Yeah man what is that,It cannot be standard PC peripherals. DID u stole some supercomputer or ur brother's toys??? :P

From the pictures it looks like a external USB port extender. See the cables go only into 1 socket ( yellow). the other end is standard female USB port. Yellow part hooks onto motherboard and other part comes out and works as externally placed usb port.

It can be something else, just shared my thoughts.
