About LinkBacksiam using motorola mobile phones as a modem to sending the data between two computes,some times it is working fine,but lot of time iam getting error:678 when i trying to connect..any body plz help me

Error 678 generally means that the line is ringing, but the remote system is not answering the call.

we are using mobile phones to send data between computers,
from client system they are trying to connect host system,on that time getting error...some times getting error.but some times working properly
