Thread: What's All softs that you use to Protect Your PC

I want to know what softwares do you use to protect your PC ? and Why ?

I use Kaspersky Internet Security 7
Why :
Beacuse it's 4 softs in 1
- Firewall
- Anti-Spam
- Proactive defense
- Antivirus
Also i use McAfee Site Advisor << Free
I'm very Satisfied , K.I.S Give really Protection

I earlier used Norton antivirus but right now i am using Kaspersky and i think that it is the best antivirus in the market right now. With norton i faced system performance problems but with Kaspersky i never faced any problem.

I have been using the free home edition Avast antivirus, which is really a decent antivirus and the best part is that it does not slow down your PC.

I also use spyware blaster, spybot, and ad-aware.

Another useful utility to keep your pc clean is ccleaner and is a must have for every PC.

I also use Mcafee Stinger occasionally.

I use NOD 32 and have installed spyware detectors. I use internet connections round the clock so i will be aware of what am using. But these softwares slow down my system most of the systems but that ok for me. I could always ensure the safety of my system.

i'm using avast for antivirus.
but few months ago, my pc is infected by vundo virus and none of antivirus can remove it until i found HIJACKTHIS. it's kind of very light software that can show what program is in your registry. from there you could manually detect unusual registry key and removed them.

i only used zone alarm, ad-adware and kaspersky...maybe i will add some other software..refer for suggestion friend from this thread

Well I just have one antivirus and that is all that i am using. I dont like to install a lot of protection softwares in my PC as it makes it slows.
