Default Help!-Not able to delete files

I was recently stuck by virus this post (Not able to view hidden folders-Virus problem) Now i had downloaded a movie which now i want to delete to free my space in D:\.But now i am not able to delete because an error comes which MEANS that-Program is in use(its in process). Now i dont understand how that movie process can be running when i myself shut down it and also restarted the computer.

It would be good to press Alt+contol and del. You would get Task manager. Just close all operations expect System operation and after this i think you would be able to dele your file.
