a brief review, particularly with reference to Firefox, would be really helpful in deciding whether this can be used as an alternative. Thanks in advance.

i used it 2 years back so i dont remember the all features but most of the features are same in every browser..........but the benifit of usig GreenBrowser is it takes very less memory when we open lots of tabs......but in firefox it takes more than 150,000 K when we open lots of tabs........thats the main thing what i figured out.........

its very helpful if you specified any of perticular interest in browser.........

So in a system with limited RAM, this could be a good alternative.
but what about security? does GreenBrowser allow control of cookies and attempts of automatic software installation by any site in the same way as Firefox?
