Thread: Help required in Upgrading Kaspersky

I am currently using Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0
I saw in the Kaspersky site that I can upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security 2009.This is what I saw in their website.

Upgrading to Kaspersky Internet Security 2009:

If the product license is still active:
Upgrading from KIS 6.0, KIS 7.0 – the current activation code (key file) can be used to upgrade the product;

Upgrading from KAV 6.0, KAV 7.0 – the user needs to pay for license renewal (subject to a discount)

If the product license has expired:
If the license for KAV 7.0, KIS 7.0, KAV 6.0 or KIS 6.0 has already expired, the user must renew the license online (subject to a discount) or at a retail outlet to upgrade to KIS 2009.

• KIS – Kaspersky Internet Security
• KAV - Kaspersky Anti-Virus

My licence is active till August 2009. Can I do free upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 with reference to what is given above.

yes...! you can upgrade ...see the official version on upgrading and licensing .....kaspersky Lab Forum...protection for home users....
