| Gold Member | Actually it only slows down the system if have less RAM.I used to have 512 MB of RAM and then I had some system lag, but then I upgraded to 1.5 then 2.5GB, and its running fine now. But again its a good antivirus, and provides an option rare in free antivirus softwares i.e., boot time scan. So I think that neutralizes all those flaws. Rep Power: 1 | I dont think it really slows down the system... But the latest norton and bitdefender are really light on system resources... Bitdefender takes sth between 15 - 20 mb of ram when real time protection is enabled |
