Disconnect your internet, restart you computer, empty the temporary files folder. May be you have already moved the virus. So if you know where the virus is now, right click the folder and try to scan. Apart from AVG, you can also use Spybot - Search & Destroy.

Spybot download

Delete access denied files download.

I already gave you the link to delete such files. You can also quarantine it if everything fails. Please update if your problem is solved.

Deleting viruses may not be possible if the virus has injected itself in a system process ( there by copying itself again & again & creating registry entries ). Restart your pc in safe mode by pressing F8 before windows boots & run a full system scan. Hope it works. If it doesnt try a different antivirus.
