    Default Getting malware infection in glaide32.sys file

    The antivirus Avast is unable to treat this infected file

    here's is the screenshot, how can i treat this:



    If i manually try to delete the glaide 32.sys file, it gives error in deleting, i cannot copy or move this file as well. What should i do?

    Install Tune up utilities, on right click, you will get an option called tuneup shredder using which you can delete almost all kind of files. There are no of tools which will help you delete these kind of files.

    You can also try a spyware like Adaware or Malwarebyte and remove the infection.

    I tried the tune up shrederer, it fails in deleting that file

    I will try those antiviruses you suggested

    You can force delete such files using Unlocker or CopyLock.

    But using a software like Spybot or Adaware is needed to remove any registry entries created by the virus.
