There is a lot of scope for people who can find security loopholes in a corporate network. The big corporation pay top money for such skills. This is what is known as ethical hacking.

Some advice, dont go for any course by Ankit fadia, the biggest fake ever, the guy has no clue how to hack and uses software for chindi hacks, he claims to have coined the term "Ethical Hacking".... idiot even copies stuff from other books into his books...

My solution to this issue. Backtrack Linux Its built for penetration testing. on top of that its great for ethical hacking. I have not had much time to tinker with it but the good news is you can put it on a DVD and take it with you. just boot off the **** and it give you everything you need. Its also built to not leave a trace (On your computer). I suggest getting on the forums there as well. But dont just rush in. those guys are serious and will likely laugh and tell you to learn Linux first. which is advice I will give you ahead of time. As well pardon any ignorance regarding if you know linux or not.

The path to becoming a world class hacker is not easy but if your up for the challenge then I'm sure you can play cards with the best of them so to speak.

i have been writing few articles in this field, although the aim is to transform from the newbie stage to the beginner's stage.

Even reaching beginners stage is not v simple, you have to learn detailed TCP/IP protocols etc.

well i am currently studying computer science and i would like to choose networking as my area of expertise please tell me where to start cos i do not know anything about networking

May have to study side by side in a Private Computer Institute Aptech etc. ( evening classes ?)

Is this Diploma sufficient for a job in Nigeria's Telcommunication Providers,or in Govt Depts like BSNL MTNL ?

You may have to join an Engineering College again to study for 4 years the subject afresh. ( attempt entrance examinations etc . For NRI's some exemption possible but high fees )

Its a 2 years course and one can work with it in nigeria but one can still futher more for Higher national diploma and thats another two years which is equivalent to bsc. and after that i will go for youth service .....
they only teach computer basics and not professional teaching
but after my service i want to come to india for MSC in networking so pls recommend one of the best networking institutes where i can run MSC or certification programmes in india.

You have to check up whether these diplomas are recognised by the Indian Government ( All India Council of Technical Education ) for admission for a degree course. joining any University College ( Govt or Private ) to get admission for further studies.

Private IT institutes may admit you and their certificates ( some of them NIIT APTECH etc ) are considered by Private IT companies for employment/ as Trainees etc.
