Let’s understand how a communication happens on internet. Software which enables the user to see the text and graphic content sent by web server is called browser.HTML documents delivered by web server is understood by the browser. The browser takes the input from the user machine processes the request and gets the required output from the web server.

The language used to communicate between the client and a user machine and web server is Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP).The user requests the data by clicking on the link, this request is then sent to the server, server processes the required document and sends it back to the user in appropriate format.

Internet communication has many other benefits in today's date, where it allows many people to communicate with each other across the globe, using VOIP services, messengers, email and so on. Communication has also allowed people to be more aware of things happening around the world such as news sites which in a way is considered as communication as its passing on information.
