Default Which Phone is to Buy

    Dear all,

At present i am using Nokia N70 Music edition since last 04 years. Now I want to change my mobile. Please suggest.

I spoke to friends and relatives about the same. They suggested that now one should go for Aneroid OS Phone with touch screen.

My budget is 10K to 13K.

Explored Samsung Galaxy POP (8250), Samsung Galaxy Ace(15500) Dell XCD35 (11000)......and so on.

According to my cost bracket, POP would be better choice.

I can stretch my budget if good brand available.

Friend told me to go for iPhone 3GS (19990), but other says that it has certain limitations and certain software required for this phone.

Over all opinion is to go for Aneroid phone.

I am using BSNL Sim card with GPRS and 3G activated on my Nokia N70 Music edition presently.

some body say X phone is good, it's touch pad is nice and some one says that Y phone is good bcoz it has processor.

I am confused what to do. But it is decided to go for a phone with processor.

My prime must requirements are for phone are talking, sms, and Internet
Even if camera is not there no problem, but access to Internet with reasonably good speed is must.

One of my dear and near one suggested Huwai phones, which are being supplied with Aiecel Sim.

He suggested IDEOS, which has all the features which i want.

By visiting Huwai website, i liked IDEOS X3.

All the phone described here are with in my budget which is 10K to 13K.
Except Samsung Ace and iPhone 3GS.

I can stretch my budget up to 20,000. But in any case not beyond 20,000.
So please do not suggest iPhone 4 or Galaxy S-II.

Your valuable suggestion will help me to take right decision.

    Thanking you

iPhone is a status symbol. But it lacks many feature which other phones have. Better skip it. Check Motorola Defy or HTC Desire. Android needs good hardware to perform at its best. So try to find the best hardware you can give. Check the specs at univercell.in.

    Hope this helps.

for your budget range, the best option is Spice Mi410 [rebranded IDEOS X6] with 4.1 inch screen and 1 Ghz snapdragon processor.

it comes with Android 2.2 but 2.3 upgrade is also available [official upgrade from Cherry Mobile, Philippines]

Both Samsung and HTC has good reputation with Android OS. Samsung is more on entertainment, especially the camera. If you like take photo at your own, can consider Samsung

HTC is designed for working people who are not entertainment-oriented. It has variety sizes, I recommend you to pick the slimmer one. hm.. HTC Desire is quite bulky.

I found around 15 things wrong in your application so I deny it,now you should buy a brain!!!

    Anyways back to topic,
First decide if you really want to buy a new phone as all your "Prime" requirements are fulfilled with your current mobile phone

Then decide your actual budget I mean "10K to 12K" then "I can stretch my budget up to 20,000" make-up your mind buddy!!!

If your final budget is 20K and you cant extend it then my suggestion would be to wait and extent your budget upto 21K then you can buy very good phones like samsung galaxy S I9000,SE Xperia Neo or Desire S

If your budget is 15K then go for Samsung Galaxy Ace

If your budget is lesser then go for HTC Wildfire S

Even lesser go for HTC Wildfire

Somethings which I cannot stop myself from telling you:-
    1st-Its called Android!!!
2nd-Every phone needs a processor without it a phone can do nothing
3rd-Every Android phone has a touchscreen just make sure that its capacitive not resistive ok!
    4th-Its Aircel not Aiecel

    I hope this helps

    Your not so thanking friend

I think you are mistaken it should be blackberry not HTC!!!
    Go have a look at Desire S,Desire HD,Evo,Evo 3D,Sensation,etc
According to me HTC is the leader when it comes to entertainment phones,Awesome UI or great build quality
