Ok but i am having the problem in attachment i.e.when i try to upload a file from URL it gives the error but when uploading a file from the computer it gets uploaded without any error. So, my question is why it shows the error only while uploading through an URL and not in other case?

Some files are not allowed to be uploaded directly from another serve because there are some mischievious elements that got chucked out of this forum long time ago but still keep trying to harm the site one way or the other and they have tried uploading scripts that could bring the forum down if allowed.
If you want to post a picture from another site just post the link or post the image in the post itself using image tag and it should work fine.

Some people just dont have better things to do then trying to sabotage a platform that helps thousands of people every day with their computer related problems.
