What software do you use for video conferencing? I am thinking of installing it into my small business.

as the admin said in other post try skype....i think u wont feel any lag in it...

Just go to Skype official website – free download and free calls and internet calls and download it... its a small file and you would need to create an id for yourself.

ya skype is a good option if you have your friends on skype.. but if you dont have a good network on skype then its good for nothing... i have used skype but its not there in my system anymore... now i use AOL only...

i know AV quality of AOL is very poor but still i love it coz all of my friends are there

I wanted to agree with you about Skye. I concur with that recommendation.
