    (1)
Port forwarding not needed for "dialer" mode connection.
Enable DMZ box and enter your LAN address.

    (2)
If you can change connecting to Internet in "Always On" PPPoE mode ( USERID/PW stored/entered in wan page of modem )

    Example:
Port Forwarding Utorrent on the Primatel P101 - PortForward.com

Assuming 192.168.1.1 is Ip address of Beetel 220BXi.

if you can access Belkins router settings with above, change in LAN page address as 192.168.2.1 or 192.168.0.1 remember this to access settings in future.

Also click "Use router as DHCP server"

    @essbebe ~ 1] Following are the details of static ip address in computer;
    IP Address: 192.168.1.4
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1
    Preferred DNS Server: 202.164.51.21
    Alternate DNS Server: 202.164.32.82

    Beetel 220bx 192.168.1.1 settings:
    NAT>Virtual servers>Add>External port start/End 5000/5005>Save>Reboot [Port forwarding done in Beetel 220Bx modem]

2] I can access Belkin router with 192.168.2.1 U/P: None. Now i am confused what to type in LAN settings. You can see attached screenshot. Please guide me accordingly.

As it is what problem you face ? Internet working ? Port forwarding OK ?wifi mode working ?

If you have enabled DHCP is router give a range say 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.10
    feedback.

@essbebe ~ Internet is working after changing ip address of computer but no port forwarding i.e.
    IP Address: [Old]192.168.1.4 > 192.168.2.4 [New]
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway: [Old]192.168.1.1 > 192.168.2.1 [New]
    Preferred DNS Server: 202.164.51.21 [Same]
    Alternate DNS Server: 202.164.32.82 [Same]

Wifi mode also working but no port forwarding in wifi mode too.
    ip settings for Laptop:
    IP Address: 192.168.2.4 [New]
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1
    Preferred DNS Server: 202.164.51.21 [Same]
    Alternate DNS Server: 202.164.32.82 [Same]

I think port forwarding is needed in Belkin wifi router now. In Belkin router i tried
Firewall>Virtual servers> Add server> [Service name] [Inbound port -5000/5005] [Private ip address - 192.168.2.2 , i cant enter router ip 192.168.2.1 as i did in modem case] [Private port - 5000/5005]
After saving and restarting router, ports are still closed.

    result:Stealth

Please guide me where i am wrong. Guide me accordingly

    (a)
If you disable DHCP pool in router Belkins) Check Ipconfig /all again and use Systems IP address say 192.168.1.3
    [192.168.1.1 is Modem's gateway..]
    (b)
The Ip address needed is your system's say 192.162.2.4
    ( single system )
    (c)
    mention application to be used.
    (d)
You can also try Port triggering.
You could try to use the uTorrent UPnP option which the router should support.

If you use manual port forwarding then you need to disable UPnP in uTorrent.

If you use manual port forwarding then go to the router DHCP page and use Address Reservation to make sure the PC always gets allocated the same IP address, and use that address for the port forwarding target.

UPnP is much easier since you might not even need to access the router settings if UPnP is enabled in the router, I think the default is ‘enabled’.

a] I have disabled DHCP and pasted new ips in TCP/IP settings with
    IP Address: 192.168.2.4
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1
    Preferred DNS Server: 202.164.51.21
    Alternate DNS Server: 202.164.32.82
As suggested by you, can you tell me where to
"use Systems IP address say 192.168.1.3
    [192.168.1.1 is Modem's gateway"
    b]
"The Ip address needed is your system's say 192.162.2.4"
I am not getting this line, please illustrate this.

c]I want to use Frostwire, Garena application.

d] I have tried port triggering and its results in MAC address problem with ISP. I had to call customer care and engineer came to my house and clear MAC address from thier end. So a 'BIG NO' to port triggering now.

Both cannot have 192.168.1.1 as LAN IP address.
So 192.168.2.1 was suggested for wifi router.
Do not do any PF setup in wifi router.

@essbebe ~ *PEACE REQUEST FROM ME* I am not being offensive, i was just showing you the port triggering result.
Both cannot have 192.168.1.1 as LAN IP address.
So 192.168.2.1 was suggested for wifi router.
Do not do any PF setup in wifi router.
Please check the above pic, 192.168.2.1 is already typed in LAN IP address section.
DHCP is also disabled. Please tell me other settings to do. Should i do any settings in DMZ, if yes then what IP should i give in router or Modem.
Thanks for guiding me, I owe you loads of thanks
