HFCL Connect Broadband Plan INFINITE 998 gives commitment of speed 512Kbps - 1Mbps but they are giving 530 Kbps only. After calling customer care several times they sent engineers to check the speed at home and thier reply is always same "Sir, your broadband speed is according to plan only" . Ain`t the company is fooling customers by providing wrong information about the plan.
Can i take any legal actions against them or anything i can do regarding it?
