Rep Power: 0 | Normally i hibernate my computer at 10 pm and set it to start at 2 am automatically.Yesterday i hibernated my computer and at 11 am there was a power cut for 2 minutes and i thought it would resume at 2 am but to my dismay it didn't. Will it require some power to maintain its state? |

Rep Power: 12 | Moved to the correct section. Yes your computer will consume some power and if you are trying to save electricity or batteries I suggest you shut it down instead of letting it hibernate |
