| Since they do provide a IDE/pata chord, i m guessing they do have a IDE port. But if its there, u will get only 1. Call techshop support and ask them. Their number is on their website. If u wanna go for a 4850, u could get a decent PSU for that cost. But, i would recommend that u w8 another week or 2 before u buy anything. Many new products should come. Hence there should be price cuts.I will keep u informed on any such price cuts.So keep checking in. |

Rep Power: 3 | Rajan, Just for knowledge, Is there any difference w.r.t. performance between MB with Integrated graphics and without integrated graphics? I just hard from some one that MB without integrated graphics performs better with external GPU. Thanks |

| I did not exactly understand what u meant. But, when u use an external Gfx card, ur onboard card is disabled. Hence it will make no difference if u have an onboard Gfx card or not. I prefer onboard on bcos if ur card dies, u can still use the comp, u will have backup. |

Rep Power: 3 | That means for a Gaming PC, I should go for a MOBO, that does not have any inbuilt Graphics. But definitely MOBO having integrated graphics is a safer option. |

| In most games at present, E8400 is gonna be a lot faster. In a few more optimised games, maybe the 9850 is gonna be as fast. Between the two, i would go 4 E8400. But hey y dont u just w8 a bit more for the 920 to come down. More price cuts soon(AM3 due in mid-late feb). That time a 920 with TDP of 95W is gonna come out too. GTA 4 is one of those quad core optimised games. See this : Last edited by rajan1311; 02-04-09 at 10:47 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

Rep Power: 3 | I can go for 920 now also. It is 11.5K. Will it better over E8400? I am altering little bit, 1. Intel C2D E8400, (Its FSB 1333MHz) Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R/ MSI P45 Neo3-FR 2. AMD Phenom X4 II 920 Asus M3A78-EM Among above which one is better? And regarding waiting, right now I have no M\C at my home. So lots of work are stuck. I can very well understand what you are asking. But I am helpless. Please suggest from above. |
