by inable you mean enabled or disabled??

i am afraid to tell this, but i guess the processot is not supported by the motherboard...
i suggest u pm shadowcon or just4kix for better solutions.from what i can tell, the processor is not supported.

i hav DG 33 FB motherboard. its made for core 2 duo and core 2 quad
well,this is what i can understand.you better get help from ur pc vendor, or from where u got ur pc assembled.you can also contact the people i mentioned above.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Have u tried upgrading the BIOS of the motherboard? This maybe showing due to an older BIOS.

Well, chk ur BIOS if there is some option to enable cache........... its a long shot but worth a try.
I will go to a comp shop tomorrow to buy some stuff, i will ask their engineer abt ur problem too.
plz giv me some details how to chek L2 cache in BIOS.
L2 cache details are usually displayed in the bios, please go through the various tabs to see them listed.
You can find it just the way cool_techie_tvm said.
Just enter the bios, and go through the tabs and you shall find your answer there.![]()
