They should be replaced without any questions asked. This seems like a manufacturing defect. Just take the board and ask for a replacement.

Nice choice for the PSU.
and as techie said, they should replace it.
yes... play safe ...take it to asus ... dont go for other MB repair services ...
See the distributor sticker on the asus box. They are the ones who will take care of the issue without voiding the warranty. Most probably the product is from Rashi peripherals.
Still it is sad to see a week old motherboard getting into problems. Even if they fix it, a fear will always linger in our minds with regards to the board. That anything can happen at anytime.
Please ask for a replacement board, nothing less will do.
Well if the pcie slot was loose, it wouldnt be working properly in the first place. Most probably a bit of excessive force seem to have done the job worse- ofcourse this is one of the possibiliy. If its something they can take care of, they will repair and give it to you.
If PCI E slot is having problem, then why computer is running ok in times with GPU.
Some cases no display is comming (This is the problem). But When display is comming everything runs fine.
I hope I made you clear about the problem.
Like stated many times, why dont u take the board to the authorized service center, so that they might take a look at it?
There's no way to find out the most likely cause and effect- its not that easy :P. I dont see any point any point in continuing further before the board is checked to be honest.
Finally My Home PC is working fine. I have exchanged the GPU. After installing new GPU, M\C is working fine for last 4-5 days.
Thanks For all your suggessions....
Now can you please suggest me any silent CPU cooler for My AMD Phenom 9550 CPU. Budget is less than 3K. Please keep in mind that the cabinet is Cooler Master 334.
Still now there is no Heating issue. But when I play games, CPU fan runs in 5K+ RPM which sounds like any MOTOR. So i want a Silent CPU cooler.
