There is a built in one in windows itself cant remember what its called but you wont need to install anything coz its already there
Please correct me if I am wrong..
Its Remote Assistance for this you need msn or passport username to make connection, otherwise you can simply ask help using windows messanger too.
This is the default application for remote assistance but if you really don't want to use this one then can use many other applications for that. I really don't have any suggestion for this.

Hi,
I know another good software.
It is called visionapp Remote Desktop 2009.
You can use different protocols like RDP, SSH, VNC, ICA, etc. - Awesome
There are two version of the software a commercial one which costs about 70$ and a freeware version (have to register).
Maybe this is the one you searching for. You can download the 30 days eval at vrd2009.com.
If you can't use Windows RD or Netmeeting...try Teamviewer or VNC or Real VNC....
The list is endless...
I've tried oly team viewer till now.. its really good.. freeware
Thanks for all of your assistance. I will check out the built-in windows first and then will go for the others.
thanks a lot.
Also check Team Viewer. Its 100% free for personal use. Google it and find out more if you want. It gives many modes of access too.
If you use windows I'd recommend Windows Net Meeting for XP or earlier OS and Windows Meeting Space for Vista.
very detailed comparison of remote desktop softwares from wikipedia - check this and choose at your convenience ..
