y dont u get new mobo for other PC instead ??

Well, i m sry, but the only Mobo i see that will fit ur case is the intel G31 chipset. Problem is u will not be able to play any game on it. Only very old games(min 4 years old) games will work properly.
    Look at this video:

Buddy, i know of only 1 board that supports both DDR2 and DDR3.
Its the asus P5KC. U can use only 1 type of memory at once. But i dont think it has onboard video. It costs abt 9K in bangalore.
It does not have a PCI-e slot.

    I would suggest the following:
    Get this board:
    Gigabyte GA-EG31MF-S2 Motherboard - GA-EG31MF-S2 by: Gigabyte -

    and this card:
Point Of View NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 512MB R-VGA150853 Graphics Card -

    Total cost: 6K approx.

    Reason:
I dont see u buying DDR3 memory any time soon.
This board has all the basics u need. Should be enough. Do u use/need more than 4GB RAM ??
For the GFX card, u do NOT need a PCI-e 2.0 interface as the version 1 will not bottleneck ur card. An 8 series card will provide u with HD acceleration too. So if u wanna watch blu ray movies, it will help. On this card, u should be able to play NFS MW, carbon,COD1,COD2,GTA:SA,coubter strike:Source ... at High or Medium high settings. U will NOT be able to play games like crysis, GTA 4, etc at good settings.

Tell me if u need more than 4GB RAM, i will try to get u a better option.

k then just go 4 this mobo.
    Forget the card.

get a better card after 6 months lol. 9800GT will be sad at that time. It will be almost 2 years old after 6 months !!!

When u get ur new card, it will be bottlenecked by ur processor.
SO, get a new comp with DDR3 memory 1 year after u have got the card.

This way u will not have to shell out a lot at once.
