Did you try this:

1.Right click on the desktop, select Properties
2. Then click on the Desktop tab, next click on Customize Desktop, then the Web tab and uncheck everything, that should not be there.

If there is a website address, uncheck that and click on OK.

P.S.- Since how long has the Computer had this issue?
