Default Gigabyte releases new H55/H57 boards with USB 3.0

Gigabyte just released a new lineup of H55/H57 based motherboards which support the new core i3 and core i5 processors (Intel Clarkdale : Core i5 and i3 launched) (clarkdale). These boards come with DVI,VGA, HDMI and display port connectors providing you the freedom of choice !!

The Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3 and GA-H57M-USB3 come with USB 3.0. With speeds rates up to 5GB/s, you can get up to 10x the performance of a normal USB 2.0 device. These are backward compatible with USB 2.0 and hence you are assured long term use of your USB 2.0 devices.

The Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3 and GA-H57M-USB3 motherboards have 3 power USB 2.0 which can provide extra power to you USB devices (like portable Hard Drives).

These motherboards start at a price range of $90 (turns out to be around Rs5500 in India though) and are really great if you want to pair them with you brand new core i3 or i5.
