On Feb 5th Intel unveiled its Core vPro processor family which is a business class processor. It provides more flexible performance, theft protection and cost saving for businesses of all sizes.


These processors are based on the Award winning 'Nehalem' microarchitecture and is manufactured on Intel's 32nm technology. These have integrated GPUs and are also equipped with Intel's Turbo Boost technology and Hyper threading.


The Intel anti theft technology locks access to a PC if the built in intelligence concludes that the control has either been lost or stolen. The New Intel Anti-Theft Technology version 2.0 (Intel AT 2.0) enables encryption solutions to completely block data from the wrong hands.

Intel also unveiled their latest Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 and Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 802.11n WLAN adapters. They offer multi stream capability, Dual band support,consistent coverage and high speeds.
