ATI is on a roll. They are releasing new graphics cards almost every week.Their current lineup looks like this:
-Radeon HD 5450
-Radeon HD 5570
-Radeon HD 5650
-Radeon HD 5670
-Radeon HD 5750
-Radeon HD 5770
-Radeon HD 5850
-Radeon HD 5870
-Radeon HD 5970
This card, the ATI 5570 is a low profile card and so is great for small form factor PCs. It comes with 400 shaders clocked at 650MHz and 900MHz GDDR5(3600MHz DDR effective) memory clock. It comes in both 512MB and 1GB variants. It comes with a 128 bit memory bus and it does not require an external power connector. It features DX 11, 40nm GPU and all those features that you get with other evergreen series.
The performance is not too bad. It varies a lot with games according to the reviews i have read. At times it is as fast as the 9600GT but at times its a lot slower (around 20%). Overall, it can give you a pretty good gaming experience at resolutions like 1280x1024 (that's the resolution of most 17" and 19" screens). You can play most games at high with 2xAA at that resolution (exclude crysis amd crysis warhead).
At just $69, it gives really good value. It is not a beast, but if you intend to get good gameplay without breaking the bank, this may be the perfect choice for you.
@imrock : This should work fine on your PSU.
