Default PC which gives less noise

    Hello guys!

I planning to buy a PC this weekend or the next ..

My budget is 20 to 25k without GPU, DVD writer, Speaker. I will purchase GPU by April end ,which would be a DX11 GPU. I have a LG DVD writer and Altec lansing speaker which I will be retaining.

Whether to go for Intel or AMD. I'm in a dilemma. Few say, AMD would get overheated so go with Intel, others say AMD gives better performance over Intel at lower cost. If AMD whether Phenom or Athlon. If Intel I will choose i3 over quad core.

Also, suggest a cooler if AMD is the config. And, a good PSU for GPU.

Gentle request I want a PC which gives less noise, as my current pc generated hell of a noise (Intel D processor, D101 board, nVidia 6200 GPU).

    Please suggest a configuration.

    have a look at this:

that's probably the best you can get with that budget. To bring costs down, reduce the RAM to 2GB and later add another 2GB when the prices are lower and when you add the Graphics card.

It is all there in the above link. In your budget its really hard to fit everything. Have a look at the links given by imrock and you decide what to get.
