Default Cooler Master GX Series PSUs

Oh yes, these are the latest series of PSUs from Cooler Master and are really good value. These are high quality PSUs with APFC, 80+ efficiency, 5 years warranty and support SLI. There are 3 PSUs under this series. They are 550W,650W and 750W. They all have only one rail hence they are efficient and reliable.

The 550W PSU has 44A on the 12V, this enough for a system with a Quad core processor and a single 5870 ! You even have some room for overclocking. This has 2x 6+2pin PCIe connectors to power your graphics card. This is optimum for a single card config with a Core i7 with lots of overclocking headroom.

The 650W PSU has 52A on the 12V, this is more than enough for a single GPU configuration but would be on the borderline if you want to have multi GPU setup for a high end card (like 2 5850s). This also comes with 2x 6+2pin PCIe connectors for the graphics card.

The 750W PSU has 60A on the 12V making it a much better choice for multi GPU setups. It should be able to run 2 5850s on a quad core system (maybe even a 6 core system lol). This PSU has 4x 6+2pin PCIe connectors for your graphics cards.

Now, here is the best part, these are priced pretty well too.
    GX-550W : Rs. 4,600
    GX-650W : Rs. 5,700
    GX-750W : Rs. 6,900

The GX 550 IMO is a really good option for mid-high end PCs. Do feel free at post your comments or if you have any queries.
