It can point to various problems including a faulty motherboard, corrupt BIOS and so many more.
Did you add new hardware? Try changing the RAM sticks.
    More questions after feedback.

Check the fan mounted on the CPU. I have experienced the same when the fan gets faulty. The processor overheats and the system is turned off automatically to prevent further damage..

Remove all the Hardware and install it again and check for the Thermal Paste in the CPU, is it less or high..
If you went into the os means check for the CPU temperature and post it here with the CPU model number..
Overheating may also be the cause in restarting to prevent the CPU damage..

If you have 2 RAM stick, use one RAM at a time and check if it stable or not.

Thermal paste is the paste which is applied between the processor and the CPU fan. It facilitates heat conduction between the two.
Are the temparatures you have mentioned during load times or at startup? Please mention your chipset and te processor.

I don't like your CPU temparature of 69 C. You can get thermal paste from your local CPU dealer or at ebay or newegg. Arctic silver thermal paste are the most preferred and the most effective.
P.S : This heating problem can also be due to the CPU fan. Please get it checked at a local authorized Intel dealer. But before that try applying the thermal paste.

using lot of thermal paste also will lead to shutdown of system without any warning..
Call a service eng and tell him the problem, as you dont much about cpu, you may handle it in the wrong way and may even damage the cpu pins or the sockets..

i think its a cooler issue and call a service guy to have a look at it, dont try removing the cooler if you dono what are doing..

No dude nothing like that....service engineers have no clue how to do it(applying thermal paste)... Its a very easy process....as to how to remove the cooler, go to youtube and look for videos...those coolers use push pins which are easy to install and remove.
Have a look at this to get an idea about thermal paste:tips for Cooling PCs

You can try changing your fan, which should not be too expensive.
