Default Should I remove my graphics card??

    Hey guys

I recently bought a ATI HD 5670 graphics Card (XFX)
Now the problem is that im in 11th and need to study hard for 2 years
I wont be gaming much but ill be downloading a lot

So i was thinking of removing the GPU and putting it back in the Box as it uses unnecessary electricity and Use it in Vacations
    What do you guys feel?

at idle it will use some 20W or so. Main question is, with the graphics card you will always be tempted to try out new games, if you take it out, you may not be tempted.

You can do what ever you want, If you are planing for next 2 years you wount play Games or watching HD Movies on 30 inches LED monitor ( I dont know you are watching HD movies or not ) then you can putting it back in the Box, may it will save the life time of your ATI HD 5670 graphics Card
or you can use it --- this is your choice

Downloding and browsing website does not need ATI HD 5670 graphics Card.

Yeah thats the problem and IIT JEE requires full dedication so it would be better if i remove it.Also basic games like cs and cod mw 2which i play 30min
a day run nicely at low res on my onboard graphics

I would be watching movies on a Samsund HD 20"
But my on board graphics are ATI radeon HD 3000 series with 256mb dedicated memory and 800mb shared run movies at the same quality
as my HD 5670 because i mostly download Xvid dvd rips

Yeah and I would be using the Graphics card in vacations
and If i buy a new PC in after 2 years i can put this card in Crossfire

    Thanks for the replys
