    Default Gaming PC

I plan to build a new gaming PC. Budget is around 25k (this does not include the video card, i will buy nit next month and for monitor i will use a old one unitl i have enough to buy new one). I would prefer DD3, overclocking.

Please also include the video card and monitor that i shoulod buy (dont have budget for these, but should be total 13-14k).

    for 25 K , a gaming desktop!!

    Lemme put some info...

you would need minimum 4 GB RAM (Gskill/Mushkin) will cost 5200/6000.
    a Bare minimum PSU (500W) (corsair/CM/ FSP) 4500/4000/3500
    a Quad core processor (i5 750/Phenom 2 955) 9900/8000
a Mid Tower Cabinet and some heavy duty fans(for overclocking)(4500-8000)
    HDD(Seagate/ WD 1 TB 7200rpm) (3600/3600)
    Mobo (ASUS/Gigabyte/MSI) (4k+)

Optical drive, UPS, and all will come to 40k. Now a decent monitor would be 8-9k(Benq would be economic )

A video card if u want gaming then at least a 5670

Do the math it would come to 50k

But if you shed that gaming tag and want a every day usage PC with some light gaming

    then u can go for Athlon 2 x4 5500
    motherboard 3-6k
    RAM Transcend/ hynix 4gb DDR3 4800
    A zebronics/iball/intex cabinet and FSP saga PSU(400w) -3000
    a 5670 graphics card-6300
optical drive harddisk ups for 6k

Now buy a benq monitor for 8k and that would do(Dont overclock this sytem , No point other than just inviting trouble).

    Default total budget is 40k

The total budget I have is 40k (50k is too high) including the monitor and video card. are there any good configs in the 40k range.
dont need speakers, but need to replace the old UPS.

for a 40 k system, you need to trim down some of the specs, but you should be able to almost every game available now, but wont be future proof.

    Specs:

    Phenom2 x4 945: 7000
    MSI 790GX-G65 WINK: 6800
DDR3 RAM Gskill(4 GB) :5200(u can go for mushkin/ patriot too)
    Monitor : 22" Inch Benq(9800)
    HDD(1 TB 7200rpm Seagate):3100
    UPS(500 KVA APC ):2000
    PSU(FSP 400W) : 3100( U can go for Coolermaster/Corsair if you want)
    Graphics Card: 5670(6200) or GTX 460(768MB) 10800( need a 500-550W PSU)
    Cabinet: CM Gladiator(3000 bargain).
Keyboard/Mouse/Optical drive-2000( buy a mechanical keyboard if you want 1250+)

Net comes to 48000 rs. U can cut down on cabinet mb and RAM to make it around 42 not less.

The RAM couldn't be less but the hard drive could be halved in capacity

Heres my suggestion(this is not for a full blown Gaming pc but will suffice your budget and needs)

    Iball Cabinet with SMPS 1.5k
    AMD Phenom X4 925(quad core) 2.8ghz +Cheap MOBO with DDR 3=12k
    HDD 320gb-2.5k
    DvD RW- 1.5k
    2.1 Spekers 1.5k
    Keyboard and mouse combo 1k
    Benq 21" LCD monitor 7k
    2GB DDR 3 ram
These are base prices as in Lamington road
    May vary with diff shops
so this will go to about 30-32k
    +
GFC-The least for a gaming PC is ATI radeon 5670 1gb= 6k approx

    So itll go till 36k
