60k w/0 monitor would come to just about the sweet spot for an average gamer. But going for 7.1 speaker set up means you need a sound card says asus sonar(xonar) that would come Rs 4000+ the speaker themselves cost another 8100 that means 12000 shelled on sound.
i5 750/Phenom 2x6 1055t 9900/10100
Asus P7H55D-M-PRO /890 FX/GX Mobo 6300/6500
6GB DDR3(1600Mhz) G Skill 10000
Corsair 650W 5500
Sata 1 TB(Sea Gate) 3350
ATI Radeon 5850/ Nvdia 460GTX(1GB) 17000/14000
Cabinet (CM HAF 922/ Lancool k-62) 6500/7100
Creative Inspire T7900 7.1 8100
Asus Xonar D1 /Essence ST 4000/9100
That would bring it to 64000-70000 , now that doesnt include UPS/Optical drives UPS, Keyboard, mouse etc.
And 7.1 is not worth the price, you hardly get any 7.1 DVD's and your room should be planned with acoustics to really experience the effects. so i say go 5.1 and may be upgrade processor to 1090t or i7 930 change mobo to p6t(i7) 0r rampage 2 gene(i7) you would have a killer rig

HAF 922 costs Rs6500, 6GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz costs Rs10500.
oops!! my bad.. but can get 6gb for 10k @ ritchie .. But CM HAF 922 is 6.5k...updated em, also check Lian Li cabinets they have good build quality!!
How about this config ?
Mobo:
DP55KG
Processor
Intel Core i5-750
Speakers
Creative Inspire T7900 7.1
Graphics Card
NVidia GTX 260
DVD Writer
Samsung 22X DVD Writer Sata
Hard Disk
1 Terabyte Seagate Hard Disk
Ram
Corsair 4 GB 1300 MHz DDR3
the Mobo has a on board Dolby support ...sound card is not needed!
+1
get the GTX 460, its some Rs10750 for the 768MB version, so much better deal when compared to 5770.....
As for the PSU a corsair 550VX will be nice.....
the Core i5 750 is replaced by the i5 760,which costs the same,so make sure you get that instead of the 750....
