Beeps can point to various problems ranging from incompatibility to circuit failure. Please note the type of beep.
    1. Steady, short beeps - Power supply may be bad
    2. Long continuous beep tone - Memory failure
    3. Steady, long beeps - Power supply bad
    4. One long, two short beeps - Video card failure

It points to a problem with your RAM.
With the PC unplugged, try re-seating the RAM stick/s. Better clean the pins and then insert the RAM. If this does not work, replace the RAM module(I assume it is under warranty).

Check if the VGA connection(to both CPU and Monitor) is loose. Also check if the cable is damaged.
