your Final build will go beyond your budget.
1 KVA UPS(Numeric/APC) :4.1K/5.9k( Do you need this?)
Phenom II x4 945 6.5k(Buy 555BE and unlock rather than this need luck though!)
Corsair VX450(Excellent PSU keep it) 3.6k
ASUS M4A78LT-M LE( nice one, heard RMA is sometimes troublesome(Rashi) go for MSI 785GM E51 rajan suggested) 3.6k
Kingston 4GBRAM(Go for G-skill better , or Corsair definitely not hynix) 3.8K
ATI 5750( Average Card, i say buy 6850 for 12k..or stick to Sapphire 5770 for 8.2k)12k/8.2K
    NZXT Gamma(Excellent cabinet) 2.4k
    Speakers ( Creative 2.1 Inspire) 2.2k
Monitor( Samsung 22" 2230) 8.5k( Benq G2220 very difficult to find)
    KB/Mouse 0.7k
    HDD Seagate 500GB 1.8k
    Optical Drive LG/Samsung/hp 1.2k

Now that comes to 46K with UPS .if you buy a 600VA Ups for 1.5k and 6850 it will come to 47k.

there is no such mobo by asus in the whole world.if you meant Asus M4A-78PRO, its a DDR2 mobo not a DDR3 mobo.

Please do a little research before guiding others.

dude, it was a typo i was actually referring to the LE board you had suggested. Don't make a big deal out of it.. i have been doing this for quite some time.

And regards gfx card, aditya with your config, it will be difficult to go crossfire(Cabby, PSU upgrade required later) so buying a card like 6850 ATI will help you games for another 1-2 years at good setting!! then its your choice.

    Oh okay.
    no big deal.
there are so many mobos in the market that you can't be sure until you got the exact name.

    @aditya
    there is actually a M4A78-PRO which is a DDR2.
