    What Actually is Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O?
    Please anyone make me Clear this,is this Technology worth it and of use?

    I presume u know about virtual private networks before going to describe what Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O is..

    in VPN you login to client's network and access remote server and its resources on that server via desktop sharing .
    assume there are n number of users doing like that simultaneously.
    each is accessing the resources and at some point there arises a need for sychronization of resource usage (which is similalar to synchroization in JAVA multithreading).

    so this so called "Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O" provides sync between different virtual users over the hardware resources on the server that is hosting the resources.
