    Default audio socket problem

    whenever i turn on my mic 2 select my subwoofer starts roaring in high pitch and when i deselect that option my speaker volme goes low comparatively to that.what could be the problem or gud setting to use my subwoofer safe and best perfoming.

    thats because u might have enabled microphone boost.
    microphone boost is an software controlled hardware utility that amplifies the input from mic.
    try disabling the boost.
    also set the mic volume to around 70-80% and not more than that.

    also
    the woofers/sub-woofers even amplify the audio signal that comes from the audio port to provide enough quality.

    if u wanna use mic then its better to use headphones as they have less wattage speakers and their level of amplification is also low

    One option is to use your front audio ports for mic. Try it out and post the results.

    thanks all it worked .it was the skype new that was creating problems ,but now even the new skype is corrected and working nicely
