Question How to overclock my C2D E7500?

Hello friend, first of all thanks for replying to my previous posts. Your suggestions and guidance helped me a lot.

Now as i had purchased C2D E7500, i want to overclock it. I am a total beginner in this field. I searched a lot on net and forums, got various ideas, used clockgen but i am not able to OC my cpu. Then, at last, i tried from my BIOS. I edited Bus Speed there. Initially it was 266 and multiplier is 11. So i incremented Bus Speed with 5. My system OCd very well upto the Bus Speed of 299 but on 300 it got unstable after logging into my user account. It so happened that PC logged in successfully but after 5 mins. a blue screen came and said "Dumping to Trash...." or something like that.
At that time i remembered that somewhere on the net i had read that we also have to increase Vcore voltage and have to OC the RAM. So, i got helpless because i didn't saw any editable field in BIOS for the same.
So, i request you people to please guide me in this field. Please give me step by step instructions if possible. And also tell me what softwares shall i use for it and how to use them. The detailed specs of my PC are as listed below. Also i am posting CPUZ screenshots (without OC) so that you could get better idea of my hardware. Thanx.

    Mainboard- MSI G41M-P26

    CPU- Intel C2D E7500, 2.93 GHz, 3 MB cache, FSB 1066

RAM- 4 GB DDR3, Dual channel

thats because core 2 duos maximum temperature is 75*C and if it goes more than that ur pc will shut down automatically or u get that blue screen of death which means u'll have to get a BETTER Cooler which can keep ur processor cool at 11x299=3289Mhz and a motherboard which can support that much.

Ok so first download this http://www.ocbase.com/download.php?fileext=exe then goto ur bios set the multiplier to 8 and bus speed to 266 and set "System Volume Control" to AUTO if its in manual, now save and restart now make sure u r not running any program other than CPUZ now run OCCT.exe click "ON" now keep an eye on core#0 and core#1 temperature, if core#0 temperature goes more then 67*C then click "OFF" button quickly then restart go back to bios down clock the multiplier to 7 then try again and if the core#0 temperature is not going more then 60*C then it means u can overclock it a little bit more.. so change the bus speed a little bit and then stress test it again with OCCT and make sure core# temp doesn't go over 67*C

    i have over clocked my core2duo E7500 to 2266Mhz(266x8.5)

Why do u want to overclock ur CPU anyway?
if u want to play game on high settings then u'll have to overclock ur GPU.

    i have over clocked my core2duo E7500 to 2266Mhz(266x8.5)

Here are CPUZ readings of my system-----

    Cycle Time (tRAS)- 20 clocks
Row Refresh Cycle time(tRFC)- 86 clocks
    Command Rate (CR)- 2T

Please tell me if these readings are sufficient or shall i post SPD readings too. Also please tell me how and where can i increase or decrease Vcore voltage and CPU multiplier.
    Thanx.

Anyways, as you stated, C2D E7500 is by default a 2.93 GHz CPU then why u reduced its power by underclocking it to 2266MHz??????

did u stress test ur processor using OCCT?
    what was the reasult?
Just tell me the maximum temperature.
