Thread: Need help for pixelview tv tuner card

Hi friends i yesterday brought a New Pixelview PlayTvPro3 internal tv tuner card. i connected it with asianet cable, while in recording time it records only video no sound, i dont know why,i installed driver disc correctly, and a screenshot of settings as follows , please help me from this........ please........

Athul, first you have to find out whether your tuner card is creating a new audio device (check in device manager), or is it a cable from the tuner card to the line in of your computer.
if its a new audio device, then you have to select that one in the recording mixer. the same would come under recording contol.

[i'vnt used pixel view myself. but i had a pinnacle tuner internal, which had similar settings]

Please select the playback control as master or uncheck automatically select audio output & try the 2 options. Your problem will be solved..
