Can you please elaborate further? What is it exactly that you are trying to do?

What I am understanding is that you wish to install a dish yourself and buy an STB with mpeg4 capability to receive FTA channels from some satellite. Is this a correct assumption?

If yes, you may also need a viewing card. eBay may have some MPEG4 STBs.

I am feed hunter and looking for good fta satellite receiver which can do blind scan. now a days and near future, major broadcasting will be in dvb s2 for transmitting maximum channels. so I am looking for dvb s2 fta receiver.
