Thread: DTH with best customer care

So many DTH players in the market. Which one has best customer care?

One cannot say. Although most universally agree that TataSky is the best and BigTV is the worst.

I have had experience with DishTV only and I have had no complaints.

One common complaint I have against any IVR system for call centers (and this is for all call centers such as banks, credit card companies, BB providers, cell phone service providers, DTH providers, etc.) is that it is virtually impossible to reach the help desk exectuive in person thru the maze of menus.
