You are asking premium channels. Unfortunately these channels are always packaged with the higher prices bouquets.
However, DishTV is better in this regard because it provides a-lar-carte packages that are much more nuclear than all other providers. You can then select the most basic package and top it with a selection of a-la-carte options. Check their website for details.
