Today the importance of a Satellite TV has grown up in common mans life. Recently, an US satellite service provider Dish Network added Veria TV to their line up some time ago. Veria describes itself as focusing on living well, naturally and provides 24/7 programming from experts on everything from nutrition and cooking to alternative medicine and fitness. Backyard Boomers is a show which is dedicated to topics such as gardening, natural health and wellness, landscaping, and recreation. Viewers can even learn more about activities such as grilling and simple ways to alleviate stress. Bedside Manor provides an interesting dialogs between two physicians, one as an advocate of alternative medicine and the other as a proponent of more traditional medicine, in addressing various common medical issues.

I think it would take some time before we can such informative channels in our Country but still then these is some interesting thing and would surely increase the Satellite TV viewers in US.

Soon this would also come in India as Indian viewers when these Satellite TV rates would decrease and people would go for them, then we may also see such informative channels India.

The best thing i like about Satellite Tv is that there is no problem of cables. Like I can use it from anywhere and all i need is a TV, Signal and Electricity and i can see TV from where.

I wish that there are more infotainment channels. In UK, I used to watch a lot of programs that were based on Gardening, Home Improvement, etc.

Yes, this is true but i think we would have to wait for a long time this to happen as this is new thing to Indian TV viewers and it would take some time for them to change from present cable TV to Satellite TV. ...

Satellite TV is the future as per according to me as people wont be willing to live with the present cable TV in future. I am sure that Satellite Tv would make a big boom.

there is a lot of time for cable tv tto vanish and till then i think there are many people who would like to be with the cable TV.....

I have seen that there is a great profit to get a Satellite TV rather then the cable Tv... I would also get one soon...
